Who we are
We began on the Costa Verde. Today we operate in two markets.
77 Legacy Group brings together, under a single direction, four houses grown in the high-end markets of the Costa Verde and São Paulo.
We serve clients who value time and discretion above all — which is why we do not deal with a single property or a single yacht: we take on the whole estate, from design to maintenance.
Under 77, Canaã Imóveis de Luxo, Canaã Yachts and Studio D1 Arquitetura — together with our Luxury Property and Yacht Management arm — operate as parts of one service.

Site supervision and technical responsibility, from groundworks to handover. The building contractor is engaged separately — Studio D1 answers for the design, inspects the works and manages the process, so the owner never coordinates suppliers alone.
