Two markets, two ways of searching.
On the coast the search runs on beach, pier and berth; in São Paulo, on neighbourhood, square metres and building. The same client often buys in both. Each market has its own consultant, its own vocabulary and its own field knowledge — not one team covering two markets from a distance.

Seasonal houses on the Costa Verde, managed by the same house that sells them. Availability, nightly rates by season and house rules are confirmed case by case — and the running of the property during the stay belongs to the Management arm.

Developments carrying the Canaã curation.
Beyond finished houses, the house follows new developments and the gated estates that define each market. Floor plans, availability and terms are presented in person, on request. The full portfolio is not published.
