About the group
One group, four houses, one direction.
Founded in March 2018, in Angra dos Reis. What began as a high-end estate agency on the Costa Verde became a group that follows the whole estate — finding, designing, overseeing the works, sailing and managing. The direction has been the same since day one.

Origins
It began between the sea and the mountains.
In March 2018, Pedro Damatis founded in Angra dos Reis the operation that is today 77 Legacy Group.
Its origin was in real estate: beachfront houses, private islands and properties in the gated estates of the Costa Verde — a market learned cove by cove, not from a spreadsheet.
In time, the same clients began asking for what comes before and after the deed: the boat, the design, the build, the care of a house that stands closed eleven months a year. Each of those answers became a house of its own, with its own team, under the same direction.

The group is led by its founder, who answers personally for the four houses and stays at the front of the transactions that require discretion. Every significant deal passes through him before it reaches the client.

Curation
The group is not a listings portal. Every property and every vessel in the portfolio has been visited, studied and chosen — the asset is known before it is shown.
Discretion
Part of the portfolio never appears publicly, and the exact address of a property is disclosed only at the accompanied viewing. At this level, discretion is a form of respect.
Reach
Buyers and owners are served in Brazil and abroad, with the structure to carry an international transaction from end to end.
Direction and structure
Each discipline, a specialist. One direction.
Brokerage, architecture, site supervision and management each have their own specialist team — real depth in every discipline, not a generalist promising to cover everything. The houses operate under the same direction, and nothing is lost between suppliers who never speak to one another. You are not hiring four companies: you are hiring one group.
