04 · SailAngra dos Reis · Costa Verde
The right yacht for each way of being at sea. Brokerage of high-end vessels — from selection to negotiation — by people who know both the water and those who sail it. Purchase, seasonal charter and assisted sale, all run from Angra dos Reis.
The three lines
The portfolio splits into two purposes — sale and seasonal charter — and a third line serves those who already own a vessel. The same team runs all three, from first contact to transfer of title.
Shipyards represented
This portfolio is not a listings aggregator: every marque represented has been studied at source — origin, founding, current range, and what each one actually means for sailing the Costa Verde. A shipyard without verified text does not make the list.

This is not a listings portal. Every vessel in the portfolio has been visited, studied and chosen — we know the boat before we present it. Part of the portfolio never appears publicly, and a vessel's exact berth is revealed only on an accompanied viewing.
Seasonal charter
Seasonal charter with crew and an itinerary planned for each day out. New Year, Carnival and the high season have their own availability and are arranged well in advance. Departure is from Angra dos Reis, with Ilha Grande and Paraty within reach the same day.
Assisted sale
From the survey at the marina to signature, Canaã runs the whole sale — with the same curation it applies to what it buys. Nothing is published without the owner's approval.
Pricing grounded in the real market: model, year, engine hours and overall condition — without inflating expectations or burning the asset.
A dedicated shoot, with drone work and the sea off Angra as the setting.
An active relationship with owners and families who already sail with Canaã.
From offer to transfer of title: survey, paperwork and handover.
Where we are
All four arms of 77 Legacy Group work from the same address, at Marina Verolme in Angra dos Reis: property, yachts, architecture and estate management. Meetings, visits aboard and property viewings all start here — always arranged and accompanied.
For the yachts, being here means working a few steps from the hulls we represent: a visit aboard starts next door.

How the house works
Every vessel has been visited, studied and chosen.
Part of the portfolio never appears publicly; at this level, reserve is a form of respect.
We serve buyers and owners in Brazil and abroad, with the structure to run an international transaction from end to end.
Who you'll deal with
These are the brokers who visit every vessel, accompany each viewing aboard and run the negotiation from first contact to handover.
